Born and raised in Southwest Michigan, Christopher Frank began writing stories at the age of ten. After checking out a book about the solar system from the elementary school library, he became fascinated with the wonders of the universe and began crafting stories of exciting adventures across planets and galaxies. As an ambitious artist who also loved to draw and sketch, Christopher was also inspired to create artwork, character designs, and digital layouts to accompany his stories and add further detail to the worlds inside his head. He wrote numerous stories in his junior high and high school days that eventually evolved into a much larger story known as Embers of the Void. He graduated from college in 2009 with a degree in graphic design and lives in Michigan with his wife Kayla and their three cats. In addition to writing, Christopher enjoys bike riding, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family. He loves drawing, graphic design, and painting. He is also a major Star Wars nerd and an avid fan of the Michigan Wolverines.
